Education To vulnerable Students

Divine Light Charitable Trust promises that we will work along with children, their parents and communities to ensure that Children are educated Children are healthy and well-nourished Children are aware of their basic rights Children participate in their own development Children are valued, cared for and feel loved in the community.

Promoting Self Employment

Self-employment has acquired much significance these days as employment opportunities for youths are less nowadays. Even highly qualified youths do not get the jobs they deserve. We DLCT are helping the Jobless In connecting them with Free lances ideas and self revenue-generating skills.

Medical Attention

Divine Light Charitable Trust have sympathy for rural people who are suffering from various health problems. We organise Medical Camps joining with medical institutions, where many patients are treated with suitable medicine and prescription at free of cost. These medical camps are conducted frequently.

Seminar / Awareness Programs

DLCT does community-wide specific programs to teach the rural people Importance of Traffic rules, guiding the drivers to take Driving License, campaigns for Lane walk, Preventing Accidents, initiatives that increase audience knowledge and share information and resources to prevent violence, promote safety, and reduce perpetration, Seminars for School Children on Academic Counseling and Career Guidance etc.

Women Empowerment:

DLCT creates power in individuals over their own lives, society, and in their communities. Women are empowered if they have access to opportunities without any limitations or restrictions such as in education, profession and in their way of life. Feeling entitled to make your own decisions creates a sense of empowerment. Our Work on Women Empowerment includes the action of raising the status of women through education, raising awareness, literacy, and training and also gives training related to self defense. Women’s empowerment is all about equipping and allowing women to make life determining decisions through the different problems in society. Our Project like Free Tailoring training classes, Free Embroidery class are a great success in their lives.
